An Immersive Simulation for Leaders and Teams

Step Into a Real-World Change Scenario and experience the Challenge of Leading Change

This interactive online simulation places participants at the heart of a realistic business case, where you must navigate the complexities of managing organisational change. Over the course of the simulation, you will face 31 key decisions and actions that mirror the real-world challenges leaders encounter when leading change.

The journey unfolds across the five main stages of organisational change, bringing in all the critical role players you would find in a live corporate environment. Each choice you make reveals its impact on three critical drivers of project and change success, reinforced by short educational videos that explain the principles behind the outcomes.

To deepen learning, the simulation also includes thirteen strategic milestones and thirteen targeted knowledge checks, ensuring participants not only experience the complexity of decision-making but also build a strong foundation of understanding.

The five stages are structured into five consecutive modules.

Module 1: Strategic Change

Module 2: Start-Up

Module 3: Preparation

Module 4: Implementation

Module 5: Embedment

Each module must be completed before unlocking the next, ensuring a clear and progressive learning journey that mirrors the natural flow of real organisational change.

After each module there is an opportunity to pause and reflect on key insights and how the information can be applied to your workplace. You can take a break at any time. Your progress will be saved and you will resume where you left of when you log in again. The simulation must be completed within 90 days from the date of purchase.
